Joe Agius has been a Director of COX since 2005.

He sets and guides design direction for many projects in the Sydney studio as Design Director.

Joe has experience across sectors, including public and cultural, education, research, hotels, sports, convention and exhibition as well as urban design and master planning.

In this wide-ranging interview, Joe talks about redesigning parts of Taronga Zoo, the master planning of Sydney brand new airport and how Cox is leading the way for a more inclusive and diverse workplace for architects and designers.
